Locker Policy
All students are required to register their locker, and each locker must have an approved OSS lock. Students are to use their OSS approved lock for the duration of their schooling at OSS.
Any locker or lock that is not registered may have the lock removed at the discretion of the OSS Administration Team.
Once a lock has been issued, it is non-refundable. There is a replacement fee for any lost or misplaced locks.
LOCKER USE RESPONSIBILITIES
If I accept a locker at anytime during the school term, I agree that:
- I am responsible for maintaining the locker in good condition.
- Any damage, malfunction, or concern must be reported to school staff immediately.
- Only an OSS-approved lock may be used on the locker.
- Failure to follow these requirements may result in loss of locker privileges and/or additional consequences as determined by the OSS Administration Team.
- Lockers are the property of OSS and are subject to searches at the discretion of the OSS Administration Team as per Administrative Procedure 354.
